Inspection In association with COMPONENT REPAIR SERVICES, T.P.International has a modern air-conditioned Miami shop that provides a complete "in house" repair facility. The Quality Control Department combines a fully certified dimensional lab with complete NDT processing (FPI & MPI, Eddy Current and Ultrasound).

Machining Our extensive machine shop boast some sixty plus machines both conventional and CNC. Precision ID/OD grinding, honing and polishing are among our machine specialties.

Welding The Welding Shop offers all MIG/TIG operations as well as automated fusion and resistive welding. With a large argon chamber, automated dab welding, metal arc spray/plasma and precision brazing operations we provide an unsurpassed welding capability.

Cleaning/Coating/Heat Treat The welding and machining operations are complemented by our 4-cube two million BTU computerized gas fired oven, which provides heat treating/annealing capability up to 3000 degrees and over sixty different treating cycles. Our large grit/glass bead and blending capabilities combined with a Coating Department to provide a complete in-house resurfacing and protective coating capability. We can provide anti-corrosive coatings as well as thermo-barrier and hardface coatings from Aero-derivatives, Heavy Frames, to Steam Turbines, we can help you keep your maintenance costs under control.
